LONDON, Ont. - Four players finished in double-digit scoring as the Western Mustangs defence held strong for the second straight game in a 69-54 win over the York Lions on Nov. 7 at Alumni Hall.

Guelph transfer and London, Ont., native Katelyn Leddy led the way for Western with 16 points and nine rebounds, while Amanda Anderson (Chatham, Ont.) added 13 points and three assists along with a steal.

Western outrebounded the Lions 43-31, including 33 on the defensive glass.

Rebecca Moss (Waterloo, Ont.) had 10 first-half points as Western led 38-23 at the break. She finished with 10 points and nine rebounds.

The Mustangs travel to play in the nation's capital Nov. 13 (at Ottawa, 6 p.m.) and Nov. 15 (at Carleton, 1 p.m.) before returning home to host RMC on Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. at Alumni Hall.
