WATERLOO, Ont. - The Western Mustangs earned a date in the semifinals by defeating the Waterloo Warriors 19-10 in the OUA quarter-final on Oct. 17.

Western tries came from Rebecca LeFevre (Ottawa, Ont.), Laurie Biewald (Ottawa, Ont), and Elizabeth Wilson (Ottawa, Ont.), while Martha Goodrow (Aurora, Ont.) booted a pair of conversions 

The Mustangs (3-2 in regular season) will play McMaster (4-1 in regular season) in the OUA semifinals on Oct. 24. Guelph hosts Queen's in the other OUA semifinal.

The only Western losses in the regular season came against Waterloo and Guelph.
