Lukas is a four-time OUA champion. He is a U SPORTS champion and bronze medalist in his time with the Mustangs. Beyond his athletic achievements, he is a two-time Academic All-Canadian and is on track to achieve this honor once again this year. His accolades include being a four-time First Team OUA All-Star and a U SPORTS First Team All-Star. He has amassed an impressive collection of medals in addition to his OUA and U Sports achievements; five gold, two silver, and five bronze at league tournaments. His overall record is of 70-8, with an 89.7% winning percentage.

His coaches say "He stands shoulder to shoulder with previous award winners, embodying the qualities of a true champion both on and off the mat. His contributions to the program and his academic achievements make him a deserving candidate for this honor.
